Does this handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Every conversion resolves the UTC offset at that exact instant, so daylight saving is applied correctly for each zone on each date — including the weeks when the US and Europe have already switched but the other has not.
What happens to times that do not exist?
When clocks jump forward, an hour is skipped — 02:30 simply never happens that day. The converter flags this and moves to the first valid instant after the gap.
What about times that happen twice?
When clocks go back, an hour repeats. The converter flags the ambiguity and uses the first occurrence.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. All conversion runs in your browser using the built-in Intl time zone database. Nothing is uploaded.
